In addition to it's own conferences and activities, IAMCR occasionally organises or co-sponsors conferences, seminars, online events and other activities around the world. Our Sections and Working Groups, national and regional ambassadors, partner associations and universities may also organise or sponsor events. 2025 Abstract Workshop

The Hive, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
9 January, 2025 - The Political Economy Section, along with guest panelist Peichi Chung (Chinese University of Hong Kong), will deliver an interactive workshop to help scholars prepare abstracts for the 2025 Singapore Conference. The session will cover topics such as evaluation criteria, reviewer roles, and the abstract selection process.

CfP for Digital Divide Symposium

17 April, 2025 - The Digital Divide Working Group in collaboration with the Mass Media Research Group at the University of Sharjah (UAE) invites submissions for a research symposium on "Digital Capital and Political Power" to be held on 17 April 2025 at the University of Sharjah. The deadline for submissions is 20 January 2025.
