Visa and invitation letters

Participants are responsible for making their own visa arrangements, if required. This page provides information that may assist you.

If your travel itinerary includes a stopover in a third country, you may also need a transit visa. Please check with your travel agent or the relevant authorities of the countries you will transit through.

All foreign visitors must ensure that they meet or possess entry requirements as stated by the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

General entry requirements

Do you need a Visa for entry into Singapore?

  • Short-term travelers holding a passport from a visa-required country/region must apply for a visa in advance.
  • Travelers from visa-required countries may be eligible for the Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) if transiting through Singapore for less than 96 hours.

If you are travelling from a visa-required country/region you must apply for a visa. Please start this process NOW. The conference is not liable for declined visas or visas that are not processed in time. Please ensure your visa application is submitted at least six weeks prior to the conference but we recommend even earlier to be safe.

For detailed visa application procedures, required documents, fees, and processing times by country, visit: Travel documents by countries and places

SG Arrival Card (SGAC)

All travellers must submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with an Electronic Health Declaration within three days (including the day of arrival) before entering Singapore. Submission is free. The SGAC is not a visa and does not replace the need for a visa if required. Apply here: SGAC Submission.
