- 28 November 2025 - Proposal submissions open
- 3 February 2026 - Deadline to submit proposals
- 13 March 2026 - Decisions announced
- 20 March 2026 - Deadline to apply for travel grants
- 27 March 2026 - Deadline to confirm participation (response to RSVP)
- 31 March 2026 - Last day to submit for IAMCR paper awards
- 23 April 2026 - Early bird registration ended
- 5 May 2026 - Deadline for registration for submissions to be included in the draft programme
- 18 May 2026 - Draft detailed conference programme schedule published
- 31 May 2026 - Deadline for full papers (optional, check your Section/Working Groups CfPs)
Next deadlines
- 15 June 2026 - Final conference programme published and app made available (subject to minor adjustments/updates)
- 28 June to 2 July 2026 - IAMCR Galway 2026
