Registration - Frequently Asked Questions

How and when can I register for the conference?

Registration will take place in two periods:

  • IAMCR members submitting an Online Conference Paper will be automatically registered when they submit their paper. If a paper has more than one author, only one of them can register at this time.
  • All other IAMCR members can register for free from 27 June.

How much does registration cost?

Registration is free but you must be a member of IAMCR.

Plenaries, special sessions and partner sessions will be accessible to everyone, whether they are registered or not.

What does registration include?

Registering for the IAMCR conference will give you full access to the online conference, including plenary sessions, pre-recorded video sessions, the live interactive sessions organised by some sections and working groups as well as their online business/social meetings, online conference papers, the commenting platform, and Flow34 Virtual Cinema and Podcasts until 12 September.

Can non-members register for the conference?

No, only IAMCR members can register for the conference. Join IAMCR here.

If you do not register, you will still be able to access the plenary sessions, a selection of pre-recorded video sessions, the presentations that were submitted alongside OCP papers (but not the papers themselves or the discussion platform).

How can I get an invoice for my membership and/or conference paper submission fees?

You were automatically registered when you submitted your paper.
